I just placed my order, when will it ship?
As we are centered around small batch, made to order collections, we have a 4-6 business day production window on all orders before they are shipped. Along with your initial order confirmation, a separate email with tracking details will be sent shortly after. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any order inquires.
How long does shipping take?
Currently we offer multiple domestic and international shipping options at different rates. Domestic options range from 3-5 days to express overnight. International options range from roughly 2 weeks to 3-5 days. Please not that expedited shipping options do not expedite our production window; standard production times still apply. If an order is needed sooner, please get in contact with us.
Domestic shipments can occasionally be delayed up to 1-3 business days due to current conditions. Some International First Class packages have been delayed quite heavily, up to a few weeks. Please choose Priority International shipping at checkout to allow for the smoothest international delivery.
How do I figure out my ring size?
We have provided our size chart below to reference for any size inquires. Easiest way to measure is with a tape measure wrapped around the finger of choice; a strip of paper can be used as well. Please contact us prior to purchase if you are unsure at all about your size.
Are returns and exchanges accepted?
We accept size exchanges at any time. Please email us to open a size exchange request and we will assist you in the process. All pieces sent back to us must be in unworn condition with all original packaging. As we are a small business centered around small production, we are unable to accept returns for a refund; only store credit.
Is it safe to expose the jewelry to all conditions?
Yes, all pieces manufactured by us are completely safe to wear while showering, swimming, sleeping, etc. All our pieces are constructed from solid. 925 grade sterling silver, designed to last a lifetime. Completely hypoallergenic as well. Jewelry may need an occasional polishing as time passes, but will maintain its integrity no matter what.
Can I send in my jewelry for a repair?
In the case your jewelry gets damaged or broken, we will be here to fix or completely replace your piece. Feel free to email us to open a repair request.
What if my package gets lost?
We are not responsible for any lost domestic or international packages after they have been picked up by the carrier. Please take up any lost package claims with USPS.
